Ellen DeGeneres has been slammed with ‘toxic workplace’ accusations in recent months and now it looks like her talk show could come to an end altogether.

Several employees on the show have accused her of turning a blind eye to racism, bullying and sexual harassment on her hit daytime show as well as treating her staff ‘horribly’.

And it looks like they already have someone in mind to take over the hot seat.
